 which are "coin" phrases that provide service companies with an excuse if something is missed on an inspection. We use a comprehensive maintenance
work sheet created from a HEATING /AIR CONDITIONING/ REFRIGERATION FUNDAMENTALS  book, the same book required to learn the technology that is required for state liscensure in our industry.
